Our Chambres d'Hôtes consists of four luxusiously decorated rooms, each with its own private bathroom and a cozy joint living area. The land offers a lovely terrace, a summer bar, a heated pool, great views, a practice green (golf) and jeu de boules.

Table d'Hôtes
A delicious French breakfast is part of every stay at our Chambres d'Hôtes. Lunch and in the evening a three-course dinner are also possible, as well as a packed lunch-to-go. We will take into account any specific wishes.

Workshops
Nicolette provides workshops in Painting. She is a practicing artist, exhibits in various countries and has taught others for over ten years now. The workshops are suitable for both beginners and advanced, for young and old.

Surroundings
In the surroundings you can enjoy the beautiful nature and interesting culture of the Combrailles and Puy-de-Dôme with its volcanoes. You can also enjoy many golf courses, spas, châteaux and many other attractions.

We are Nicolette and Rob Ingeneeger and welcome you on the website of ‘Le Relais des Eléphants Colorés’.
Our Chambres d'Hôtes consists of four guestrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a cozy joint living/dining room. On the lovely terrace is a long dining table under a large umbrella for enjoying your meals outside. On the land of 8,500 m2 you can enjoy the views, but also practice your short swings on our practice green (golf) with bunker and play jeu de boules. Since 2017 we have a heated swimming pool to enjoy. For the really little ones, we have a kid's pool available. Our land is characterized by the peace and quiet of its natural surroundings.
Breakfast is included in your stay, but also lunch and in the evening a three-course dinner are possible (Table d'Hôtes). We will take into account any specific wishes!
Nicolette provides workshops in Painting. She is a practicing artist, exhibits in various countries and has more than ten years of experience in teaching beginners, advanced and professional artists.
Enjoy the beautiful nature of the Puy-de-Dôme with all of its volcanoes (the Puys). There are many fantastic walking and cylcing trails for you to explore. Visit châteaux, a buddhist monastery or any of the many other attractions. We have plenty of information and would love to help you on your way.

Our 2017 season runs from 6 May until 15 September. Minimum of two nights required.
